with Mango Coconut as one of the flavors and the texture is simply amazing!

Marion’s Gelato is using the most advanced technologies of all Gelato machines, the Bravo Trittico Executive made in Italy! It pasteurizes the product first and then freezes it. The thermal shock due to fast temperature decrease allows the highest sanitizing of the product and hygiene of the mixture. The machine has an patented ionic system control which detects the right percentage of frozen water in the mixture in order to obtain the proper Gelato consistency, taste and volume.
