I am Marion Kempf Manderville, the owner of Marion's Gelato and I would like to introduce myself and the company.
My background is hospitality industry with focus on fine dining, catering and distribution with a business degree in hotel and restaurant management.
I am a wife, mother of two boys and a passionate chef at home with every day
from scratch cooking and baking.
As I never use any processed food items, we were reading one night over the ingredients of my older son's most favorite mint-chocolate chip ice cream and was thinking there must be a
healthier choice of a frozen dessert.
Marion's Gelato is producing locally using the finest and freshest seasonal quality ingredients and is sold residential and to restaurants.
